Court Overturns Citizenship Revocation for Golden Passport Holder
The administrative court overturned the citizenship revocation decision for Indian businessman Anubhav Aggarwal, who was granted citizenship under the now-abolished Golden Passport program. Judge Ariadne Zervou found that the procedure was flawed and that authorities had not properly verified whether the citizenship revocation would render Aggarwal stateless.
