Court Overturns Search Warrant in Zavratonas Case
The Cypriot Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Attorney General George Savvides against the annulment of the search warrant for two safety deposit boxes belonging to social media personality Natalie Tziapoura. The court found that the police were not provided with sufficient evidence and the affidavit filed with police did not provide an adequate basis for the search.
