Court Proceedings in Thanasis Nicolaou Case Postponed Again
The Limassol court has again adjourned the hearing in the private prosecution regarding the death of soldier Thanasis Nicolaou. Nicolaou was found dead under the Alassa Bridge near Limassol in September 2005, and his family filed a private prosecution against five defendants. The next hearing is scheduled for May 14.
