Court Rejects Dismissal in Pyla Torture Case
The Criminal Court in Larnaca rejected a motion by a 48-year-old defendant to dismiss the Pyla torture case due to abuse of process. The case was adjourned until July 30, when both defendants will be called to respond to the serious allegations.
