Court rejects government motion on contract award
The Nicosia District Court rejected the Republic of Cyprus's challenge to jurisdiction, which had contested a lawsuit by Medicover Genetics regarding the contract award by the Health Ministry without public tender. The court will continue to deal with the matter.
