Court rejects Metropolitan Tychikou again – Third defeat
The Supreme Court rejects for the third time a motion by suspended Metropolitan Tychikou, who attempted to overturn the decisions of the Holy Synod and the Ecumenical Patriarchate. This time, Tychikou wanted to submit additional evidence in the form of a supplementary affidavit, which the court again refused.
