Court requests clarifications from prosecutor regarding prison documents
The Supreme Criminal Court of Nicosia requested the prosecutor to provide clarifications on documents from the central prisons before it can decide which parts of the documents not handed over to the defense should remain outside the evidence. The prosecutor had argued that these documents fall under statutory exceptions. The hearing will continue on Friday.
