Court Upholds Prison Sentence for Revenge Porn Distribution
The Court of Appeals has upheld a nine-year prison sentence against a woman who distributed intimate photos and videos of another woman without consent. The court rejected arguments that the sentence was excessive. The original conviction by the Nicosia District Court with immediate detention remained in place.
