Criticism of unconstitutional property foreclosures
Parliament passed 12 legislative measures shortly before self-dissolution in preparation for new elections, many of which contain unconstitutional provisions. Criticism is particularly directed at laws concerning property enforcement and loan guarantors, which were passed during the holiday period.
