Cryptocurrency fraud: 25-year-old defrauded 18 people of €500,000
A 25-year-old was arrested and taken into custody for seven days after 18 people reported fraud to police. The suspect allegedly obtained approximately €500,000 from victims using cryptocurrencies between June 2025 and April 2026. He is also suspected of laundering proceeds from illegal activities and violating gambling laws.
