CTC pursues takeover of Ermes Department Stores
Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc announces a mandatory offer for the takeover of Ermes Department Stores Plc after increasing its stake through the purchase of 17.5 million shares. The company acquired the shares, which represent 10.029 percent of Ermes' equity, for a total of 127,758.43 euros at a price of 0.0073 euros per share.
