Customs dispute over car from port goes to court after 20 years
A longstanding customs dispute over a car that left Limassol Port two decades ago returns to court. The Customs Office had charged the port authority approximately 94,000 euros because required customs procedures had not been fully completed. The Administrative Court must now decide again as the initial ruling was deemed insufficiently reasoned.
