Cypriot borrowers opt for longer-term fixed-rate loans
The Central Bank of Cyprus published an economic report showing that the ECB interest rate cycle has changed lending practices in Cyprus. A marked increase in longer-term fixed-rate loans is evident, which has improved domestic financing conditions.
