Cypriot Construction Boom Continues: Permits Exceed €2.56 Billion
The Cypriot construction sector experienced strong growth in June 2026 with 751 approved construction projects, an increase of 18.3% compared to June 2025. The permits had a total value of €469.5 million and covered an area of 394,717 square meters for 2,122 buildings. The total value of all permits in the first six months exceeded €2.56 billion.
