Cypriot Electoral Commission: Only Black or Blue Pens Permitted
Cyprus' Electoral Commission has determined that only black or blue ballpoint pens may be used in polling stations during voting. Ballots filled out with pens of other colors are considered invalid. Voters do not need to bring their own pens, as these are provided at polling stations.
