Cypriot firefighting aircraft return from France operation
The two Cypriot firefighting aircraft that were deployed to assist in combating large wildfires in southwestern France are returning to Cyprus. According to Fire Chief Nikos Longinos, today is expected to be the last operational deployment day, and if conditions do not worsen, the return planning will begin tomorrow.
