Cypriot housing finance authority sells 135-million-euro portfolio
The Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) has launched a tender for consulting services for the sale of a distressed loan portfolio worth approximately 135 million euros. The company views this step as necessary to strengthen its position in the Cypriot financial system and is commissioning external consultants valued at 1.3 million euros.
