Cypriot Parliament to Consider Draft Laws on Property Disposals
The Cypriot Parliament will address approximately 15 draft laws on property disposals, strengthening the Financial Commissioner's powers, and issues of access to justice in a special session next Monday. Members of the Economic Committee will finalize the laws to be submitted for approval on Thursday, after they had demanded amendments. There are issues regarding the binding nature of the Commissioner's decisions.
