Cypriot property prices up over 50% since 2015
According to Eurostat, property prices in Cyprus have increased by 52.9% since 2015, while they remained stable in the fourth quarter of 2025. This development follows a broader European trend of sharp price increases, leading to growing concerns about rental costs and the affordability of residential property. The price development on the island thus corresponds to general European market dynamics.
