Cypriot Public Service Employment Increased Minimally in March
The number of employees in the Cypriot public service totaled 55,367 persons in March 2026. This represents a marginal increase of only 42 employees compared to the previous year, corresponding to an annual growth rate of 0.1 percent. The data comes from the Cypriot Statistical Authority (Cystat).
