Cypriot Real Estate Prices Continue to Rise Despite Foreign Demand
Real estate prices in Cyprus rose 8.5 percent year-over-year in the second quarter of 2026, according to the Central Bank of Cyprus. The CBC's real estate price index reached 109.7 points with a quarterly increase of 2.4 percent. Both domestic and foreign buyers support the sustained strong demand in the real estate market.
