Cypriots work an average of 39.5 years in their professional lives
According to Eurostat data from 2025, it is expected that an average person in Cyprus will spend approximately 39.5 years of their life participating in the labor market. This statistic takes into account not only actual employment time, but the entire span during which a person could be gainfully employed.
