Cyprus Among EU's Largest Plastic Bottle Consumers
Cyprus has one of the highest consumption rates in the European Union with 16.6 plastic bottles per capita. This emerges from a European Commission report on the implementation of the single-use plastics directive, which is based on 2022 data and was published for the first time.
