Cyprus and Central African Republic establish diplomatic relations
Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos and Sylvie Baipo Temon signed a joint communiqué on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York to establish diplomatic relations. Kombos described the meeting as productive and pleasant.
