Cyprus and Italy Conduct Joint Military Exercise
The National Guard of Cyprus conducted a joint military exercise with the Italian Navy off the southern coast of Limassol. The exercise, referred to as PASSEX, trained procedures for identifying suspect vessels and conducting joint boarding operations.
