Cyprus approves 2,915 building permits worth 1.67 billion euros
Cyprus recorded a further increase in construction activity in April 2026 with 639 approved building permits, 10.7 percent more than the previous year. The permits had a total value of 413 million euros and covered 335,336 square meters for the construction of 1,728 residential units. In the period January to April 2026, a total of 2,915 building permits worth 1.67 billion euros were approved.
