Cyprus below EU average in vocational training
Only 25 percent of vocational training graduates in Cyprus acquired practical work experience in 2025, significantly below the EU target. A report from the European Commission shows that only one of four workers in Cyprus had learning opportunities at the workplace in 2025. This indicates deficiencies in implementing recommendations for vocational education for sustainable competitiveness and social justice.
