Cyprus Construction Sector Booming with 44% Rise in Building Permits
The Cypriot construction sector recorded strong economic momentum in the first quarter of 2026 with a 44% increase in building permits compared to the previous year, representing 2,276 approved projects. This also shows positive developments in new housing units and approved project area, according to a Eurobank analysis.
