Cyprus Court of Appeals Dismisses German Woman's EIO Complaint
The Cypriot Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal of a German woman against four European Investigation Orders (EIOs) that were used as evidence against her in criminal proceedings before the Nicosia Criminal Court. A judge had previously rejected her application to overturn the ruling, after which she filed an appeal.
