Cyprus Delays Implementation of EU Pay Equality Directive
Cyprus is among EU countries that have not yet fully implemented the new EU pay equality directive. Although the country submitted a draft law before the June 2026 deadline, its adoption is still pending. This creates uncertainty for Cypriot employees regarding new wage ratio regulations.
