Cyprus Does Not Pay 5 Million Euro Arbitration Award
The family of a quadriplegic Greek woman is publicly appealing to the Cypriot government to release compensation of nearly 5 million euros awarded by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). The government has thus far refused to comply with this arbitration award, despite the family's years of struggle.
