Cyprus doubles research and development budget in ten years
Cyprus allocated approximately 112 million euros for research and development in 2025, representing an almost doubling of government spending over a decade. Eurostat data shows that Cyprus's government budget allocations for research and development (GBARD) were 111.99 million euros in 2025, although this represents a decline compared to the previous year.
