Cyprus economy grows 3.8%, forecast for 2026 dampened
The Cypriot economy recorded growth of 3.8% in 2025, supported by domestic demand and private consumption expenditure. However, the Central Bank of Cyprus warns of a slowdown in 2026 due to geopolitical developments in the Middle East, according to its economic report from June 2026.
