Cyprus Exceeds EU Employment Targets Five Years Early
Cyprus recorded an employment rate of 81.3 percent among people aged 20 to 64 in 2025, exceeding the EU average of 76.1 percent. The rate also surpasses the European Pillar of Social Rights target for 2030 of 78 percent, which Cyprus has thus achieved five years ahead of schedule.
