Cyprus Falls Short of Green Transition Goals – 30 Million Euros in EU Funds at Risk
Cyprus risks missing important milestones in its green transition from the EU recovery fund and thus losing 30 million euros in European financial resources. To date, the country has collected only 23 million euros through water usage fees. Insufficient implementation of required prerequisites jeopardizes European financing.
