Cyprus-France: New military agreements and enhanced cooperation
The Cypriot Parliament discussed new military agreements with France within the framework of the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA). The agreements are intended to strengthen Cyprus's deterrence capabilities, improve interoperability of the armed forces, utilize Cypriot military infrastructure, and enable knowledge transfer.
