Cyprus: Government Plans Over 70 Million Euro Measures Against Rising Costs
Finance Minister Makis Keraunos announced a new package of measures costing over 70 million euros to combat living costs. The core of the package includes extending the zero tax rate to bread and milk as well as reducing the price of heating oil. The announcement came shortly before a cabinet meeting where these economic measures were to be approved.
