Cyprus Halloumi Exports Reach 350 Million Euro Annually
Annual halloumi exports from Cyprus have reached a value of 350 million euros, according to the cheese manufacturers' association. Approximately 45 percent of exports go to the United Kingdom, while Sweden and Greece are the next largest importers. The association is working to expand the market to additional European countries.
