Cyprus Has Highest Migrant Share in the EU
According to a Rockwool Foundation report, Cyprus has the highest proportion of migrants and refugees in the European Union at approximately five percent of its population. The EU as a whole is home to approximately 64 million foreign-born people, a record figure for 2025.
