Cyprus' Highest Court Reviews Recreation Law
President Nikos Christodoulides submitted the law on the establishment and operation of recreational facilities, which was passed by the parliament's full assembly on April 6, to the Supreme Court. The court will now review the constitutionality of the legislation after it has already undergone review by the Legal Service.
