Cyprus Hosts First EU Council Summit on Geopolitics
Cyprus will host the entire leadership of the European Union for the first time in its history from April 23-24, 2026. During the summit, EU leaders will develop a strategy to address the Iran crisis and European defense independence, while high-level talks with neighboring Arab countries will take place on regional security issues.
