Cyprus Improves Electricity Market Through Energy Reforms
The Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEV) and the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA) discussed measures to improve the electricity market to reduce energy waste and gradually lower electricity costs. The talks between OEV President George Pantelides and CERA management were based on findings from a workshop on cost reduction and addressed the lack of storage capacity in the renewable energy grid.
