Cyprus Intensifies Inspections of Dangerous Buildings in Larnaca and Nicosia
In Larnaca, a team of six inspectors begins inspections of 15-20 particularly dangerous buildings conducted by the district administration and city administration. At the same time, the Nicosia District Local Government Organisation is also conducting inspections in the old town and is focusing today on the Omeriye area with approximately 200 buildings, where a total of 1,466 dilapidated structures have been registered.
