Cyprus invests 1.28 billion euros in defense buildup
Cyprus has allocated over 1.28 billion euros for defense strengthening over the next three years, with defense spending projected to increase to over 430 million euros in 2027. The investments are part of the island's military modernization and also utilize EU defense financing programs.
