Cyprus leads EU in equal treatment of people with disabilities
According to Eurostat data, Cyprus is among EU countries with the lowest discrimination rates against people with disabilities in contacts with authorities. In 2024, only 3.1% of affected persons reported experiencing discrimination—the lowest rate in the European Union.
