Cyprus: New EU framework for defective products
Cyprus will introduce new legislation on liability for defective products to implement the European framework. The legislative proposal "Liability for Defective Products Law 2026" aims to introduce extended and modernized liability rules and is being discussed in a parliamentary committee.
