Cyprus: Parliament approves national ambulance and cancer institute
The Cypriot Parliament has passed legislation establishing the National Ambulance Rescue Authority and the National Cancer Institute. Health Minister Neofytos Charalambides described this day as very important and particularly commended the establishment of the National Center for Clinical Documentation. This facility is considered the second-largest health reform following the general health system (GeSY).
