Cyprus Parliament Rejects Copyright Rules
Cyprus's parliament rejected regulations on Thursday establishing and governing the authority for copyright and related rights and their collective management with a vote of 22 to 16. The proposals were intended to regulate the functioning and competencies of these authorities.
