Cyprus Parliament Votes on Comprehensive Enforcement Reforms
The Cypriot parliament will address 21 legislative proposals on Monday that are intended to fundamentally overhaul the legal system for enforcement proceedings, guarantors, the financial ombudsman, and insolvency procedures. The Finance Committee has completed its consultations and decided which of the proposed bills should be withdrawn or referred back for further examination due to constitutional concerns.
