Cyprus passes revised enforcement and insolvency laws
The Cypriot Parliament approved revised enforcement and insolvency laws on Thursday after President Nikos Christodoulides had returned them for review. Parliament accepted four of five referrals, with the changes agreed upon in the Finance Committee within 45 minutes and now returning to the President for signature.
